How are we and how did we get started with this? Well, it started with the adoption of a tiny community kitten that survived Fading Kitten Syndrome (FKS). Bobbe never grew to full size and, at two years old, was no larger than a six-month-old kitten. Despite her challenges, Bobbe’s spirit remained unbroken. She faced numerous health battles with remarkable resilience and spunk. Her family (the founders of FFCF) found a diet that allowed her to thrive, and she quickly became the star of their household. Sadly, she passed away unexpectedly in 2024 due to an undiagnosed heart condition. In her honor, the foundation was established to give other stray kittens the chance to become cherished members of loving homes.
